For Vehicles over 15 years of age, are eligible for *Liability only.

*Liability only meets the legal definition of required coverage (i.e. paid to others for any Bodily Injury, or Physical Damage the insured causes to a 3rd party) including Legal Aid, Roadside Assistance, and Medical Payments. Does NOT include Physical Damage or Theft benefits to your vehicle.
**Full Coverage is same as above, but DOES include Physical Damage (Collision) and Theft Coverage.

ALL ISSUED POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE "TERMS & CONDITIONS".
Example: Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, etc.
If your vehicle is NOT represented in this field, please call our office. Classics (generally over 20 years of age) Collectibles, Vehicles equipped for competition are not eligible for Full Coverage, but are for Liability Only policies.
Vehicle Value: The 1st option is for Liability Only. For vehicles under 15 years of age, wanting Full Coverage begins with minimum of $3,000 Vehicle Value.
This is NOT a Stated Value or All Risk policy. It is what is called an ACV (Actual Cash Value) or Current Market Value policy. If you want Physical Damage on your vehicle (Collision & Theft), then please provide your vehicles ACV. We recommend going to one of the Appraisal Services listed. If you do not want Physical Damage on your vehicle, then please click on Liability Only.

Is vehicle a "Salvaged" title?
Salvage Title

Once a Car Insurance Company declares a Vehicle a "Total Loss", sometimes they sell the totaled vehicle at an auction for example, to recoup some of their loss. If a Dealership, or individual then purchases that vehicle, and makes it road worthy again, they must provide a "Salvaged Title" to anyone they resale it to. This alerts potential buyers about the vehicles history. Each State has its own word for a Salvaged Titled vehicle such as rebuilt, restored, reconstructed, reconditioned, junk, repaired unsafe, non-repairable and of course, Salvaged.
If you purchase a full coverage policy, and posses a Salvage Title, then ACE Seguros will cover that vehicle up to 50% of its ACV (Actual Cash Value)

ABA Seguros does not offer any type of insurance.
Is this a rental vehicle?
Are you using your vehicle for racing, or as a support vehicle for a race?

When your "Quick Quote" is completed, you may notice that your quote was accepted by one, two or all three of our insurance companies. Each insurance company has their own "Underwriting Guidelines" and not everyone conforms to the type of "Risks" that each individual company wishes to write. This is common with U.S. insurance companies as well. An example of this might be some Mexican insurance companies may not insure a U.S. Rental Vehicle in Mexico, which is why that particular question is asked on the "Quick Quote" screen. If you have any questions, please feel free to call. Note: Failure to ALWAYS answer the questions posed in the application correctly, could alter or jeopardize your coverage.
